West Side opened its doors in April of 1977. It's the oldest gymnastics program in the Onondaga county under the same director. Through our doors have passed thousands of happy children. Come be a part of it.

Our recreational gymnastics program offers a fun and safe environment for children of all skill levels to learn and enjoy gymnastics.

Competitive Gymnastics

For those looking to take their gymnastics skills to the next level, our competitive program provides intensive training and opportunities for competitions.

We have one of the largest recreation gymnastics programs in Syracuse. From these classes we choose gymnasts for our competitive programs. We are proud to say we have National Champions in our program. To date we are teaching 3rd generation families in our classes. Teaching children is our specialty.

Gymnastics Camps

During school breaks, our gymnastics camps offer a perfect blend of skill-building, physical activity, and fun for children aged 5-12.

Each holiday and during the summer we do special day camps for our gymnasts. These camps can be 3 hours to half day camps.
We usually hand out information during the classes.
